The invention relates to a permanent magnet synchronous motor control method based on an improved whale algorithm and BP-PID. The method comprises the steps that a permanent magnet synchronous motor control model of the electric vehicle is established, and a PID controller is established on the basis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control model; establishing a BP neural network model and a PID controller setting model, and optimizing the BP neural network model by using an improved whale algorithm to obtain an optimized BP neural network model; optimizing the setting model by using the optimized BP neural network model to obtain an optimal PID control parameter; and controlling the permanent magnet synchronous motor control model through the optimal PID control parameter. The PID parameters are configured by using the BP neural network model, so that the problems that the algorithm robustness is poor and the application of the PID algorithm in occasions of high speed, high precision, large disturbance and the like is difficult to meet when the PID algorithm is used for controlling the PMSM of the electric vehicle can be solved; in addition, the BP neural network model is optimized by using the improved whale algorithm, and the convergence capability of the BP neural network is improved.

    本公开是关于一种基于改进鲸鱼算法和BP‑PID的永磁同步电机控制方法。该方法包括:建立电动汽车的永磁同步电机控制模型,并在永磁同步电机控制模型的基础上建立PID控制器;建立BP神经网络模型与PID控制器的整定模型,利用改进的鲸鱼算法优化BP神经网络模型,得到优化后的BP神经网络模型;利用优化后的BP神经网络模型对整定模型进行优化,得到最佳PID控制参数;通过最佳PID控制参数控制永磁同步电机控制模型。本公开利用BP神经网络模型对PID参数进行配置,可以克服PID算法控制电动汽车PMSM电机时算法鲁棒性不佳并且难以满足其在高速、高精度及扰动较大等场合的应用的问题;此外,本公开利用改进的鲸鱼算法对BP神经网络模型进行优化,提高BP神经网络的收敛能力。
