By arranging the synchronous driving connector and the resistance-increasing connecting piece, the motor drives the fan-shaped bevel gear to rotate anticlockwise through a controller in a driving cabin, and in the process, the first driven rotating bevel gear rotates along the outer side of the first fixed clamping bevel gear, so that the wind blocking baffle can rotate relative to the connecting plate rotating frame; the air blocking baffle is arranged at the position parallel to the end face of the connecting hook piece, at the moment, when the connecting hook piece swings, the resistance borne by the connecting hook piece can be increased through the air blocking baffle, and therefore the swing amplitude of the connecting hook piece is reduced, the hook stabilizing efficiency can be improved, and the hoisting efficiency of the steel box girder is improved.

    本发明公开了一种跨线钢箱梁双塔吊吊装方法及其吊装装置,涉及塔吊领域,包括连钩件,所述同步驱连器与增阻连位件相连,所述卡连定环的顶部设置有与同步驱连器相连的锁卡件。本发明通过设置同步驱连器、增阻连位件,通过驾驶舱内的控制器来使电机带动扇形锥齿轮进行逆时针转动,在此过程中第一从转锥齿轮沿着第一定卡锥齿轮的外侧进行自转,如此便可使阻风挡板相对连板旋架进行转动,以此来将阻风挡板装置与连钩件端面平行的位置处,此时连钩件在进行摆动时可通过阻风挡板来增加连钩件所受到的阻力,从而减小连钩件的摆动幅度,如此便可提高稳钩效率,从而提高了对钢箱梁的吊运效率。
