The invention relates to the technical field of marine environment protection, and discloses a seaweed collecting device for seaweed bed falling, the device is installed at the left side or right side of a ship body, the device comprises a seaweed collecting component, a seaweed draining component, a seaweed cutting component and a seaweed packaging component, the seaweed collecting component and the seaweed draining component are located outside a side plate of the ship body, and the seaweed cutting component is located outside the side plate of the ship body. The seaweed cutting component and the seaweed packaging component are located in the ship body. The seaweed collecting component and the seaweed draining component are used for directly draining seawater in collected seaweeds, discharging the seawater into the sea and then moving the seaweeds into the ship, meanwhile, the seaweed cutting component in the ship body can cut the seaweeds into small sections, and the seaweed packaging component packages and collects the seaweeds. The device is high in overall automation degree, collected seaweeds are low in water content, small in size and easy to package, transport and recycle, the whole collecting device is simple in structure and flexible when installed on a ship body, falling seaweeds on a seaweed bed can be effectively cleaned, and the influence on the environment is eliminated.
