The invention discloses a traffic civilization index evaluation method based on a video target driving track. The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining a first evaluation database according to video data; s2, performing traffic data conversion according to the first evaluation database; s3, performing target detection by taking the traffic data conversion result as a first index; s4, evaluating a target detection tracking result by using a traffic civilization index evaluation model; in a traffic monitoring scene of an intersection, illegal behaviors of a target can be inferred according to driving tracks of motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles and pedestrians, an evaluable and quantifiable traffic civilization index is comprehensively evaluated, the traffic civilization condition of the intersection is well reflected, and the traffic civilization effect of the intersection is improved. Therefore, traffic illegal behavior checking and traffic dispersion management at each intersection and each time period are facilitated.

本发明公开了一种基于视频目标行驶轨迹的交通文明指数评价方法，包括如下步骤：S1、根据视频数据确定第一评价数据库；S2、根据第一评价数据库进行交通数据转化；S3、将交通数据转化结果作为第一指标进行目标检测；S4、对目标检测跟踪结果使用交通文明指数评价模型进行评价；能够在交叉路口的交通监控场景中，根据机动车、非机动车和行人的行驶轨迹推理出目标的违规行为，综合评估出可评价、可量化交通文明指数，较好地体现交叉路口的交通文明状况，以便对每个路口、每个时段交通违法行为排查和交通疏导管理。
