The invention relates to a vehicle air conditioner control method and device, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: controlling the rotating speed of a water pump according to a real-time flow value and a target flow value of ethylene glycol in a warm air pipeline of the air conditioner under the condition of determining that a target working device is a heater and the water pump according to a test type signal of the air conditioner; and the output quantity of the heater is controlled according to the temperature real-time value and the temperature target value of the ethylene glycol in the air conditioner warm air pipeline. And under the condition that the target working device type is a compressor frequency converter and a condensation fan, the output quantity of the compressor frequency converter is controlled according to the difference value between the real-time value and the target value of the compressor rotating speed, and the rotating speed of the condensation fan is controlled according to the real-time value and the target value of the exhaust pressure. According to the control method, a heat source control method, a cold source control method and a heat source and cold source joint control method are provided for the cooling and heating air conditioner test bed, and various performance calibration tests can be carried out on the vehicle air conditioner under the condition that a commercial vehicle is not loaded.
