The invention relates to the technical field of TBM disassembly, in particular to a hoisting system for TBM lossless disassembly. The hoisting system for TBM lossless disassembly comprises a first track beam and a second track beam which are used for being fixed to the top wall of a tunnel, the first track beam and the second track beam extend in the front-back direction of the tunnel and are located on the front side and the rear side of a corresponding shield correspondingly, and a first hoisting device is slidably assembled on the first track beam in the front-back direction of the tunnel; a second lifting device is slidably assembled on the second track beam in the front-back direction of the tunnel; the hoisting system for the TBM lossless disassembly further comprises a top block bracket which is used for being hung on the first hoisting device and the second hoisting device to bear the corresponding shield top blocks. The TBM component is hoisted by combining the hoisting device with the top block bracket, so that the problem of hoisting height can be solved; the hoisting device is hung on the track beam, so that the hoisting device can move back and forth, the problem of transfer unloading can be solved, and economic and efficient TBM disassembly is realized.

    本发明涉及TBM拆机技术领域,具体涉及一种TBM无损拆机用吊装系统。TBM无损拆机用吊装系统包括用于固定在隧洞顶壁上的第一轨道梁和第二轨道梁,第一轨道梁和第二轨道梁均沿隧洞的前后方向延伸且分别处于相应护盾的前侧和后侧,第一轨道梁上沿隧洞的前后方向滑动装配有第一起吊装置,第二轨道梁上沿隧洞的前后方向滑动装配有第二起吊装置;TBM无损拆机用吊装系统还包括用于吊挂在第一起吊装置和第二起吊装置上以承托相应护盾顶块的顶块托架。本发明中通过起吊装置结合顶块托架来起吊TBM部件,可解决起吊高度问题;将起吊装置悬挂在轨道梁上,使起吊装置可进行前后移动,可解决转卸问题,实现TBM经济、高效拆机。
