The invention discloses an electric windshield control device and a motorcycle, the electric windshield control device comprises a windshield motor controller, a windshield motor and a windshield mechanism, the windshield motor controller is electrically connected to the windshield motor, the windshield motor is connected to the windshield mechanism, and the windshield mechanism can ascend and descend between a first position and a second position; when the motorcycle is started, if a rising signal is input, the windshield motor controller controls the windshield motor to operate so as to drive the windshield mechanism to rise to a third position; when the motorcycle is shut down, the windshield motor controller controls the windshield motor to operate so as to drive the windshield mechanism to descend to the first position, and a third position is recorded; and when the motorcycle is started again, the windshield motor controller controls the windshield motor to operate so as to drive the windshield mechanism to ascend to the third position. The lifting height of the windshield mechanism can be automatically adjusted according to the previous adjustment height of a user, use by the user is facilitated, and the time cost is saved.
