The invention discloses a transformer substation fire-fighting shooting robot which comprises a mounting plate, a mounting box and a cooling liquid box, the mounting box and the cooling liquid box are both fixedly connected to the top of the mounting plate, the interior of a fire scene can be shot through a high-definition camera, and a shot picture is recorded and transmitted to external remote control equipment. Operation and maintenance personnel can know the internal landform of the transformer substation before entering a fire scene, and the crawler belt base is adopted, so that the device can run in various fire scene landforms in the transformer substation to meet various shooting requirements. And the heat insulation layer is arranged and can provide fireproof and heat insulation functions for the electronic components and the high-definition camera in the mounting box, so that the electronic components can normally operate at high temperature in a fire scene. And a cooling liquid heat dissipation assembly is arranged, so that cooling liquid can flow in the U-shaped liquid groove to cool the mounting box, and the situation that the temperature of the mounting box is too high, and operation of electronic components in the mounting box is affected is prevented.

    本发明公开一种变电站消防拍摄机器人,包括安装板、安装箱与冷却液箱,所述安装箱与冷却液箱均固定连接于安装板的顶部,通过高清摄像头可对火场内部进行拍摄,并将拍摄的照片录像传输至外置遥控设备上,能够使运维人员进入火场前对变电站内部地形进行了解,采用履带底座,可于多种变电站内火场地形行驶,以满足各种拍摄需求。设置有隔热层,能够为安装箱内的电子部件与高清摄像头提供防火隔热功能,以使各电子部件能于火场高温下正常运转。并设置有冷却液散热组件,使冷却液可于U型液槽内流动,以对安装箱进行降温,防止安装箱温度过高影响其内部的电子部件运转。
