And high-quality lining radar detection data is formed, and lining internal defects are identified based on the high-quality lining radar detection data. By the adoption of the scheme, full-coverage non-contact detection of the tunnel lining structure can be achieved, the problems that an existing lining detection technology is insufficient in comprehensiveness and low in operation efficiency are solved, and active renovation and maintenance can be effectively conducted on lining internal defects in time.
本发明提供了一种基于二维地质雷达的隧道衬砌网格化精检方法及系统,该方法将二维地质雷达装置与网格化精检台车组合设置作为精检扫描机构,按照环纵向组合扫描的方式全覆盖扫描隧道衬砌采集衬砌内部数据,将检测得到的数据实时地上传到检测主机和远端服务器系统,进而基于网格的空间位置对检测得的各网格单元衬砌内部数据进行三维重构,经过重构后通过合成孔径聚焦成像三维数据处理方法实现检测数据的三维表达,形成高质量的衬砌雷达检测数据并基于其识别衬砌内部缺陷。采用该方案能够实现隧道衬砌结构的全覆盖无接触检测,克服了现有衬砌检测技术全面性不足、作业效率低的问题,有利于及时有效地对衬砌内部缺陷进行主动的整治养护。
