The invention discloses a rigid-flexible coupling reciprocating folding and unfolding composite material cylindrical component and a forming method and application device thereof, the rigid-flexible coupling reciprocating folding and unfolding composite material cylindrical component comprises a plurality of rigid sections used for bearing loads and a plurality of flexible sections used for folding and unfolding deformation, each rigid section comprises a rigid prefabricated body and a rigid base body, and each flexible section comprises a flexible prefabricated body and a flexible base body; the rigid sections are arranged to form a first cylindrical outer wall, the adjacent rigid sections are connected through the flexible sections, and the first cylindrical outer wall is driven to be folded and unfolded on the rigid sections through external force. The cylindrical component capable of being folded and unfolded in a reciprocating mode is obtained through the multi-process composite forming technology and the heterogeneous matrix composite technology, rigid-flexible coupling integrated forming of the composite material cylindrical component is achieved, compared with a traditional cylindrical component, the cylindrical component can be folded and unfolded in a reciprocating mode, the bearing deformation function integration of the cylindrical component is achieved, and the application range of the cylindrical composite material component is widened.

本发明公开了一种刚柔耦合往复收展的复合材料筒形构件、其成形方法及其应用装置，包括若干用于承受载荷的刚性段、若干用于收展变形的柔性段，刚性段包括刚性预制体和刚性基体，柔性段包括柔性预制体和柔性基体，刚性段排列形成第一筒形外壁，且相邻的刚性段之间通过柔性段连接，通过外力作用于刚性段带动第一筒形外壁收展。通过多工艺复合成形技术与异质基体复合技术得到可往复收展的筒形构件，实现复合材料筒形构件刚柔耦合一体化成形，相较于传统筒形构件可以往复收展，实现了筒形构件承载变形功能一体化，扩大了筒形复材构件的应用范围。
