    本发明公开了一种刚柔耦合往复收展的复合材料筒形构件、其成形方法及其应用装置,包括若干用于承受载荷的刚性段、若干用于收展变形的柔性段,刚性段包括刚性预制体和刚性基体,柔性段包括柔性预制体和柔性基体,刚性段排列形成第一筒形外壁,且相邻的刚性段之间通过柔性段连接,通过外力作用于刚性段带动第一筒形外壁收展。通过多工艺复合成形技术与异质基体复合技术得到可往复收展的筒形构件,实现复合材料筒形构件刚柔耦合一体化成形,相较于传统筒形构件可以往复收展,实现了筒形构件承载变形功能一体化,扩大了筒形复材构件的应用范围。
