According to the new energy vehicle, the technical problem that cost and weight cannot be further reduced due to the fact that a battery pack arranged on the roof of a vehicle in the prior art reaches the boundary of grouping efficiency is solved. The new energy vehicle comprises a vehicle body, the vehicle body comprises a vehicle roof framework located at the top, a lower side sealing plate is fixed to the lower side of the vehicle roof framework, a vehicle roof cover fixedly covers the vehicle roof framework, at least two battery modules are fixed to the upper side of the vehicle roof framework, and a battery sealing cavity is defined by the lower side sealing plate and the vehicle roof cover; the battery module is fixed in the battery sealing cavity; the new energy vehicle further comprises fixing parts, and all the battery modules in the battery sealing cavity are integrally fixed together through the fixing parts.

本发明的目的在于提供一种新能源车辆，以解决现有技术中的车辆在车顶设置的电池包达到成组效率的边界，无法进一步降本减重的技术问题。新能源车辆包括车体，车体包括处于顶部的车顶骨架，车顶骨架下侧固定有下侧封板，在车顶骨架上固定罩设有车顶罩，车顶骨架上侧固定有电池模组，电池模组设置至少两个，下侧封板和车顶罩围成电池密封腔，电池模组固定在电池密封腔内；新能源车辆还包括固定件，电池密封腔内各电池模组整体通过固定件固定在一起。
