Abstract

The invention discloses a balance car driving device, an assembling method thereof and an applied balance car, a stator assembly comprises a stator iron core, a stator mounting table is fixedly mounted between the inner circumference of the stator iron core and a driving shaft, and a first groove is formed between the stator mounting table and at least one end face of the stator iron core; a motor controller is fixedly installed at the end, close to the first groove, of the stator installation table, the motor controller is located in the first groove and connected to the driving shaft in a sleeving mode, and the motor controller is in communication connection with a Hall assembly of the stator iron core; according to the balance car driving device, the installation space is saved, the output wire harness of the motor controller is simplified, meanwhile, the motor controller and the stator installation table are connected to the driving shaft in a sleeving mode at the same time, the overall installation structure of the balance car driving device is compact, stable and reliable, the fault occurrence rate of the balance car driving device can be reduced, and the service life of the balance car driving device is prolonged. 本发明公开了一种平衡车驱动装置及其装配方法和应用的平衡车，定子组件包括定子铁芯，在定子铁芯的内周与驱动轴之间固定安装定子安装台，定子安装台与定子铁芯的至少1个端面之间形成第一凹槽，在靠近第一凹槽的定子安装台一端固定安装电机控制器，电机控制器位于第一凹槽内且套接在驱动轴上，电机控制器与定子铁芯的霍尔组件通信连接；本发明不仅节约了安装空间，而且简化了电机控制器的输出线束，同时本申请提供的电机控制器和定子安装台同时套接在驱动轴上，使得平衡车驱动装置的整体安装结构紧凑且稳定可靠，可以减少平衡车驱动装置的故障发生率，同时便于快速装配。
