The invention provides a composite film with an adjustable radiation absorption ratio and a spacecraft thereof in the technical field of spacecraft thermal control films, the composite film comprises a metal reflection layer and an emission layer, and a transition layer and a protection layer are arranged on the surface of the metal reflection layer. The transition layer is arranged on one side surface of the metal reflection layer, the protection layer is arranged on the other side surface of the metal reflection layer, and the emission layer is arranged on one side surface of the protection layer. The thickness of the metal reflecting layer and the transmitting layer can be adjusted. The invention aims to change the functional limitation of a single metal film, adjust the solar absorptivity and the hemispherical emissivity by adopting an in-situ deposition mode and adjusting the thicknesses of a composite film, especially a metal reflecting layer and an emitting layer, so as to meet the higher and more diversified thermal control requirements of a spacecraft structure and an antenna assembly, promote the lightweight of a spacecraft and improve the antenna efficiency. And the development cost of spacecrafts is saved.

    本发明提供了航天器热控薄膜技术领域一种吸辐比可调的复合薄膜及其航天器,包括金属反射层和发射层,金属反射层表面上设置过渡层和保护层。过渡层设置在金属反射层一侧表面上,保护层设置在金属反射层另一侧表面上,发射层设置在保护层的一侧表面上。金属反射层与发射层的厚度均可调整。本发明目的在改变单一金属膜的功能性局限,通过采用原位沉积方式并通过调整复合膜,尤其是金属反射层和发射层的厚度来调控其太阳吸收比和半球发射率,从而满足航天器结构、天线组件更高、更多元的热控需求,推动航天器轻量化,节约航天器研制成本。
