The invention discloses a deformable wing driven by a carbon fiber composite material and a preparation method of the deformable wing. A graphene-carbon fiber/epoxy resin-based shape memory composite material is prepared through a vacuum infiltration hot-pressing process. The electric driver can drive the electric pulley to drive the shape recovery of the steel wire and the graphene-carbon fiber/epoxy resin-based shape memory composite material, and meanwhile, the trailing edge of the wing is controlled to bend up and down. When the rear edge of the wing needs to be bent upwards, the electric driver drives the electric pulley to rotate anticlockwise, the graphene-carbon fiber/epoxy resin based shape memory composite material on the lower portion is heated to return to the initial position through the heating piece, and the vertex of the rear edge of the wing is driven to be bent upwards. When the rear edge of the wing needs to be bent downwards, the electric driver drives the electric pulley to rotate clockwise, the graphene-carbon fiber/epoxy resin based shape memory composite material above is heated to return to the initial position through the heating piece, and the vertex of the rear edge of the wing is driven to be bent downwards.
