The invention relates to a transmission device with a swing angle for an electric control booster, and belongs to the field of automobile braking systems. The motor and the hydraulic main cylinder take the valve body as a carrier, the axis is coaxially fixed on the valve body, the piston is in radial sliding fit with the hydraulic main cylinder, one end of a transmission push rod of the transmission mechanism is in radial interference fit with a nut of the ball screw component, and a lead screw of the ball screw component is in radial interference connection with a motor rotor of the motor. A check block of the hydraulic main cylinder is limited in the piston through a spring check ring. The brake hydraulic master cylinder has the advantages that the structure is novel, the motor is used as a power source, thrust for generating hydraulic pressure is provided for the brake hydraulic master cylinder, and the push rod, the pressing block, the master cylinder push rod and the feedback disc structure avoid the problem of brake fluid leakage caused by eccentric wear of a piston due to incomplete coaxial matching of parts.     本发明涉及一种带摆角的电控助力器用传动装置,属于汽车制动系统领域。电机和液压主缸以阀体为载体,轴心同轴固定在阀体上,活塞与液压主缸径向滑动配合,传动机构的传动推杆一端与滚珠丝杠部件的丝母径向过盈配合,滚珠丝杠部件的丝杆与电机的电机转子径向过盈连接,液压主缸的挡块通过弹簧挡圈限位在活塞内部。优点是结构新颖、使用电机作为动力源,为制动液压主缸提供产生液压的推力,推杆、压块、主缸推杆及反馈盘结构避免因零件配合不完全同轴时而出现的活塞偏磨,导致的制动液泄露的问题。可应用到常规制动、线控制动、主动避撞、自适应巡航、智能驾驶及制动能量回收系统中,达到了提高产品工作的可靠性及耐久性的目的。
