The invention relates to a rice high-throughput phenotype group platform device based on dual-mode fusion and a use method. The platform device realizes high-throughput compatible detection of the canopy phenotype at the top view angle of the potted rice and the plant phenotype at the side view angle of the potted rice. The track type phenotype group acquisition module can be used for acquiring a top view image and phenotype parameters of a potted rice plant, and the assembly line type phenotype group acquisition module is adjacent to the track type phenotype group acquisition module and can be used for acquiring a side view image and phenotype parameters of a single potted rice plant; and the lifting transfer module is used for completing transfer of the plants between the rail type phenotype group acquisition module and the assembly line type phenotype group acquisition module. According to the invention, high-throughput phenotypic parameter acquisition can be carried out on potted plants through a track-type acquisition mode and an assembly line-type acquisition mode, and a full-automatic acquisition mode can be timely started through regular detection and key threshold judgment of a target cell, so that phenotypic parameters of key growth periods of crops can be comprehensively and accurately acquired; and the automation efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及基于双模式融合的水稻高通量表型组平台装置及使用方法。该平台装置实现了盆栽水稻顶视角度下冠层表型和侧视角度下植株表型的高通量兼容检测。轨道式表型组采集模块可用于获取水稻盆栽顶视图像及表型参数,流水线式表型组采集模块与所述轨道式表型组采集模块相邻,可用于获取单盆水稻盆栽植株的侧视图像及表型参数,起升转运模块用于完成植株在轨道式表型组采集模块和流水线式表型组采集模块之间的转运。本发明不仅可通过轨道式采集模式和流水线式采集模式对盆栽植株进行高通量表型参数获取,还实现了通过目标小区的定期检测和关键阈值判断来及时启动全自动采集模式,全面精确获取作物关键生长期表型参数,大幅提高了自动化效率。
