The invention relates to a grabbing mechanism and hoisting battery replacing equipment. The grabbing mechanism comprises a base; the hooking piece comprises a hook part, and the hook part is movably connected with the base in the radial direction; the driving mechanism comprises a driving pin movably connected with the base in the axial direction, and the driving pin is used for moving relative to the base so as to drive the hook part to stretch out of the base in the radial direction. According to the grabbing mechanism and the hoisting battery replacing equipment, the hooking piece stretches into the connecting hole of the connecting piece of the battery box, then the driving pin drives the hook part to stretch out of the base in the radial direction, the clamping part in the connecting hole is hooked, and the grabbing action on the battery box is achieved. In the grabbing process, due to the fact that the hooking part firstly stretches into the connecting hole, the problem that in the grabbing process, the grabbing position shifts or slides can be avoided, and the grabbing reliability of the grabbing mechanism and the hoisting battery replacing equipment is effectively improved.

本公开涉及一种抓取机构和吊装换电设备。抓取机构包括：底座；钩挂件，包括钩部，所述钩部沿径向方向移动地连接所述底座；驱动机构，包括沿轴向方向移动地连接所述底座的驱动销，所述驱动销用于相对所述底座移动以驱动所述所述钩部沿径向方向伸出所述底座。上述的抓取机构和吊装换电设备通过将钩挂件伸入电池箱的连接件的连接孔内，然后驱动销驱动所述所述钩部沿径向方向伸出底座，钩挂住连接孔内的卡接部，实现对电池箱的抓取动作。在抓取过程中，由于钩挂部先伸入连接孔内，可以避免抓取过程，抓取位置发生位移或者滑动的问题，有效提高了抓取机构和吊装换电设备抓取的可靠性。
