    本发明公开了一种剪切筒式预埋连接结构及其安装方法,属于工程机械技术领域,包括高强螺栓组、预埋件、附着耳座和锚固板;预埋件包括连接在一起的连接板和抗剪切圆筒,附着耳座和预埋件中连接板一侧连接,安装好后,附着耳座和预埋件位于混凝土结构的外部,锚固板位于混凝土结构的内壁,高强螺栓组穿过附着耳座、预埋件、混凝土结构、锚固板将耳座、预埋件、锚固板三者连接,附着耳座用于连接塔机上的附着杆,通过剪切筒式预埋连接结构将塔机和混凝土结构连接起来;本发明通过抗剪切圆筒的设计实现承受剪切力和对高强螺栓组定位,结构简单;预埋件可提前埋入混凝土中,无需预留安装孔及二次压浆,减少施工工序,降低混凝土结构强度的不均匀程度。
