The invention relates to an aero-engine health management system based on a Beidou system, and relates to the field of aero-engine health management, the aero-engine health management system comprises a Beidou airborne system and a ground management system, the Beidou airborne system is used for collecting state parameters of a to-be-managed aircraft and generating a communication message; the Beidou airborne system is also used for acquiring position information of the aircraft to be managed and generating a positioning information message, and the Beidou airborne system is also used for sending a communication message and the positioning information message to the ground management system by adopting a positioning and communication function in a Beidou satellite radio measurement service; the ground management system is used for analyzing the received communication message to obtain a state parameter of the to-be-managed aircraft, and the ground management system is also used for analyzing the received positioning information message to generate a flight path of the to-be-managed aircraft; the state parameters comprise information of the aircraft to be managed and parameter signals of the aero-engine. According to the invention, the communication cost is reduced, and the real-time performance of monitoring the to-be-managed aircraft is improved.
