Abstract

The invention discloses a fault detection method for a C80 vehicle. The fault detection method comprises the following four steps: defining the direction of the vehicle and the end position, the side position, the axle position, the wheel position and the beam position of the vehicle; the electronic tag in the TFDS is installed at one end of the vehicle; and processing and judging the vehicle image acquired by the TFDS through a deep learning algorithm. The invention further discloses a detection system for executing the fault detection method. The invention further comprises a storage medium and electronic equipment. According to the invention, after the vehicle information is obtained, training and reasoning of a deep learning algorithm are applied to automatically identify vehicle parts, automatically judge vehicle directions, adjust image directions, automatically judge vehicle fault parts and extract fault part images, so that the accuracy of fault identification and the accuracy of fault detection in detection work are improved, missing report and false report are avoided, and the detection efficiency is improved. The pressure of the vehicle inspector is reduced; and the efficiency of the vehicle inspector is improved.

本发明公开了一种C80车辆的故障检测方法包括以下四个步骤：对车辆方向和车辆的端部位置、侧方位置、车轴位置、车轮位置和车梁位置进行定义；将TFDS中的电子标签安装在车辆的其中一个端部位置；通过深度学习算法对TFDS获取的车辆图像进行处理和判断。还公开了执行上述故障检测方法的检测系统。还包括存储介质和电子设备。本发明在获取车辆信息后应用深度学习算法的训练和推理自动识别车辆部位，自动判断车辆走向和调整图像方向，自动判断车辆故障部位和提取故障部位图像，提高检测工作中故障识别的准确性和故障检测的精确性，避免漏报和误报，减轻检车员压力和提高检车员的效率。
