The invention discloses a piece distribution device and method for OSR on the surface of a spacecraft. The piece distribution device comprises a square, a piece distribution plate, a plastic film and a grid plate. The right-angle ruler is of a right-angle structure and is provided with a supporting face, a first positioning face and a second positioning face which are perpendicular to one another, the supporting face is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the first positioning face and the second positioning face are both located at the top of the supporting face and parallel to the vertical plane; the piece distribution plate is a rectangular flat plate; the plastic film is used for wrapping the cloth sheet plate; the grid plate is composed of a rectangular outer frame and a plurality of partition plates. The plurality of partition plates are distributed in the rectangular frame in a crisscross manner and divide the space in the rectangular outer frame into a plurality of grids; the grid is matched with the OSR in shape; the thickness of the partition plate is equal to the set gap between the OSRs. The piece distributing device has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost, rapid and efficient in piece distributing and high in repeatability, piece distributing uniformity and pasting efficiency are effectively improved, and the piece distributing device is suitable for the surfaces of spacecrafts of different sizes and specifications.

    本发明公开了一种用于航天器表面OSR的布片装置及方法,该布片装置包括直角尺、布片板、塑料膜、以及网格板;直角尺为直角形结构,并设置有相互垂直的支承面、第一定位面和第二定位面,支承面与水平面平行设置,第一定位面和第二定位面均位于支承面顶部且与竖直面平行设置;布片板为矩形平板;塑料膜用于包覆布片板;网格板由矩形外框和多个隔板构成;多个隔板纵横交叉地分布于矩形框架内,并将矩形外框内的空间分隔为多个网格;网格与OSR形状配合;隔板的厚度等于OSR之间的设定间隙。上述布片装置具有结构简单、成本低、布片快速高效、重复性高的特点,有效地提高了布片的均匀性和粘贴效率,并且适应不同尺寸规格的航天器表面。
