The invention discloses a bearing-sweating integrated skin structure for additive manufacturing. The bearing-sweating integrated skin structure is characterized in that the bearing-sweating integrated skin structure is formed by sequentially compounding a thin-wall compact shell structure, a space dot matrix supporting-liquid conveying structure and a capillary sweating structure from inside to outside; wherein the thin-wall compact shell structure layer and the space dot matrix supporting-infusion structure layer are integrally formed through additive manufacturing, and a dot matrix structure in the space dot matrix supporting-infusion structure layer penetrates into the capillary sweating structure layer. The passive thermal protection structure of the hypersonic aircraft has excellent stress bearing capacity and high sweating cooling efficiency, can replace an existing passive thermal protection structure of the hypersonic aircraft, can achieve the purposes of miniaturization, light weight, long range and the like, and can reduce the failure risk caused by connection of various structures.

    本发明公开了一种面向增材制造的承载‑发汗一体化蒙皮结构,其特征在于:由内而外由薄壁致密壳体结构、空间点阵支撑‑输液结构、毛细发汗结构三种结构依次复合而成;其中薄壁致密壳体结构层与空间点阵支撑‑输液结构层之间通过增材制造一体成型,且空间点阵支撑‑输液结构层中的点阵结构深入毛细发汗结构层。具有优良的应力承受能力,发汗冷却效能高,可代替现有的高超声速飞行器被动热防护结构,可实现小型化、轻量化、远射程等目标,可降低由多种结构连接造成的失效风险。
