The invention discloses an integrated thermal management control system and method for a hydrogen fuel vehicle. The control system comprises a fuel cell thermal management system, an in-vehicle thermal management system and a power cell thermal management system. The fuel cell thermal management system comprises an electric pile, a first electronic water pump, a first heater PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient), a first radiator, a three-way electromagnetic valve, a two-way electromagnetic valve and a first heat exchanger; the in-vehicle heat management system comprises a second electronic water pump, a second heater PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient), an air conditioner warm air core body, an air conditioner compressor, a condenser, a first electronic expansion valve, an air conditioner evaporator, a second electronic expansion valve and a second heat exchanger; the power battery thermal management system comprises a third water pump, a third heater PTC and a second heat exchanger. An integrated control method is adopted, the number of parts is reduced, and the system cost is reduced; meanwhile, waste heat of a hydrogen reactor and a motor is fully utilized, the energy utilization rate is increased, and the vehicle endurance mileage is increased.

本发明公开了一种氢燃料车辆集成式热管理控制系统及方法，控制系统包括燃料电池热管理系统、车内热管理系统和动力电池热管理系统；所述燃料电池热管理系统包括电堆、第1电子水泵、第1加热器PTC、第1散热器、三通电磁阀、二通电磁阀、第1换热器；车内热管理系统包括第2电子水泵、第2加热器PTC、空调暖风芯体、空调压缩机、冷凝器、第1电子膨胀阀、空调蒸发器、第2电子膨胀阀、第2换热器；所述动力电池热管理系统包括第3水泵、第3加热器PTC、第2换热器。本发明采用集成式控制方法，减少了零部件数量，降低了系统成本；同时充分利用氢堆、电机余热，提高了能量利用率，增加车辆续航里程。
