The invention discloses an elevator car with a falling locking structure, which comprises a rack, an elevator car arranged in the rack, a counterweight device, a traction machine arranged at the top end of the rack and respectively connected with the elevator car and the counterweight device, and a falling locking mechanism arranged at the bottom of the elevator car, the locking driving device is used for driving the locking rod to be inserted into the rack; when a worker overhauls the elevator car, the locking driving device drives the locking rod to be inserted into the rack so as to limit the elevator car to move up and down relative to the rack, the elevator car is effectively prevented from falling and hurting the overhaul worker, the structure is simple, operation is convenient, and the daily overhaul and maintenance requirement can be met.

本发明公开一种具有坠落锁定结构的电梯轿厢，包括机架，设于机架内的电梯轿厢，对重装置，设于机架顶端并分别与电梯轿厢、对重装置连接的曳引机，以及设于电梯轿厢底部的坠落锁定机构，坠落锁定机构包括锁定杆，以及用于驱动锁定杆插入机架内的锁定驱动装置；本发明在工作人员对电梯轿厢进行检修时，通过锁定驱动装置驱动锁定杆插入机架内，以限制电梯轿厢相对于机架上下运动，有效防止电梯轿厢坠落对检修的工作人员造成伤害，结构简单，操作方便，能够满足日常检修维护需求。
