The invention relates to the technical field of elevator dispatching, in particular to an intelligent elevator equipment control method based on the Internet of Things. According to the method, user request data and elevator operation data are obtained and analyzed, and the load remaining condition is analyzed according to the current load to obtain the first stopping performance of each elevator; user demand time indexes and task overlap ratios are obtained through analysis according to user request data and elevator operation data, time influence degrees and task influence degrees are obtained through user demand time index differences and task overlap ratio differences between each elevator and other elevators, and influence weights are determined; the user demand time index and the task coincidence degree are adjusted to obtain the second stopping performance of each elevator; and according to weighted adjustment of the first stopping performance and the second stopping performance, the current stopping performance of each elevator is obtained, and through real-time analysis of the current stopping performance, the elevator is controlled to respond to the user request. The elevator is regulated and controlled through data analysis of the Internet of Things, and more convenient and efficient elevator control is achieved.
