The invention relates to a balance air cylinder pressure control module health monitoring method and device and electronic device.The method comprises the steps that balance air cylinder pressure curves and pressure deviation ranges of a brake working normally under multiple control working conditions are configured, and a normal pressure curve model is established based on the pressure curves and the pressure curve deviation ranges; respectively selecting two key feature points to establish an early warning judgment coordinate system corresponding to each control working condition based on the pressure feature data of the balancing air cylinder of each control working condition; judging the health state of a pressure control module of the brake to be detected under each control working condition by establishing a corresponding circular health state region and a circular state region to be detected in the early warning judgment coordinate system; if the pressure control module is in the healthy state under each control working condition, the pressure control module is in the healthy state. According to the invention, fault monitoring and early warning of the pressure control module of the balanced air cylinder of the brake are realized, and key information and parameters are provided for maintenance of the balanced air cylinder of the brake.

    本申请涉及一种均衡风缸压力控制模块健康监测方法、装置及电子设备,其中,该方法包括:配置正常工作的制动机在多个控制工况的均衡风缸压力曲线及压力偏差范围,基于压力曲线及压力曲线偏差范围建立正常压力曲线模型;基于每一控制工况的均衡风缸的压力特征数据分别选取二关键特征点建立每一控制工况对应的预警判定坐标系;通过在预警判定坐标系建立对应的圆形健康状态区域及圆形待测状态区域判断待测制动机的压力控制模块在每一控制工况的健康状态;若压力控制模块在每一控制工况均为健康状态,则压力控制模块为健康状态。通过本申请实现制动机均衡风缸压力控制模块故障监测和预警,为制动机均衡风缸维修提供关键信息及参数。
