The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicle non-inductive ordered charging, and particularly provides a regulation and control method and device for an electric vehicle to participate in power grid regulation and control, and the method comprises the steps: substituting electric vehicle charging regulation and control related parameters into a pre-constructed regulation and control model for the electric vehicle to participate in power grid regulation and control, and solving the parameters to obtain an optimization result; based on the optimization result, obtaining a regulation and control strategy that the electric vehicle participates in power grid regulation and control; wherein the optimization result comprises at least one of the following: the charging power, the charging state, the charging starting state and the charging stopping state of the electric vehicle. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the orderly charging regulation and control capability of the power grid in the area with the electric vehicle as the aggregation load can be improved, and a brand-new electric vehicle non-inductive orderly charging system is created.

    本发明涉及电动汽车无感有序充电技术领域,具体提供了一种电动汽车参与电网调控的调控方法及装置,包括:将电动汽车充电调控相关参数代入预先构建的电动汽车参与电网调控的调控模型并求解,得到优化结果;基于所述优化结果,得到电动汽车参与电网调控的调控策略;其中,所述优化结果包括下述中的至少一种:电动汽车的充电功率、充电状态、启动充电状态、停止充电状态。本发明提供的技术方案有助于提升台区电网在以电动汽车为聚合负荷的有序充电调控能力,打造出全新的电动汽车无感有序充电体系。
