本发明公开了一种无人机定向声波驱离系统及方法，所述系统包括无人机机体，无人机机体上设置动力系统、电源电气系统、飞管系统、控制器、发声器以及光电系统，动力系统的受控端连接于飞管系统的输出端，飞管系统与控制器之间交互连接，发声器的受控端连接于控制器的输出端，控制器与光电系统交互连接；飞管系统交互连接有地面站系统。本发明通过发声器对威胁性最大的群体目标发射声波的方式，实现对具有威胁性目标群体的驱离；通过选择预制的驱离音源，进行驱离作业，完成拒止行动，防止危险接近；选择预制的广播音源或者操作人员在控制端喊话，通过离线编译系统，播放编译后的广播内容，劝阻无关人员不要进入警戒区域。
