The invention discloses a lower-layer tread rubber composition as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of rubber. The lower-layer tread rubber composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of a rubber matrix, 20 to 70 parts of filler, 2 to 10 parts of an active agent, 0.2 to 2 parts of a modifier, 2 to 15 parts of tackifying resin, 2 to 8 parts of an anti-aging agent, 0.8 to 3.5 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 0.5 to 3 parts of an accelerant, 0.1 to 1 part of a cross-linking aid and 0.1 to 0.8 part of a scorch retarder, the rubber matrix comprises 50-80 parts of carbon nanotube wet rubber, 10-30 parts of lithium butadiene rubber and 0-25 parts of styrene butadiene rubber. According to the invention, by optimizing the formula of the lower layer tread rubber composition, the hysteresis loss of the lower layer tread rubber composition is reduced, the conductivity and modulus of the lower layer tread rubber composition are improved, and finally the tire with low rolling resistance, low resistance and high modulus performance is realized; therefore, the technical problem that in the prior art, due to the fact that the rolling resistance of a new energy automobile tire is low, the conductivity and the control performance are insufficient is solved.

    本发明公开了一种下层胎面橡胶组合物及其制备方法与应用,属于橡胶技术领域,本发明的下层胎面橡胶组合物包括以下重量份的组分:橡胶基体100份、填料20‑70份、活性剂2‑10份、改性剂0.2‑2份、增粘树脂2‑15份、防老剂2‑8份、硫化剂0.8‑3.5份、促进剂0.5‑3份、交联助剂0.1‑1份、防焦剂0.1‑0.8份;所述橡胶基体包含50‑80份碳纳米管湿法胶、10‑30份锂系顺丁橡胶和0‑25份丁苯橡胶。本发明通过对下层胎面橡胶组合物进行配方优化,降低下层胎面橡胶组合物的滞后损失,同时提升下层胎面橡胶组合物的导电性能及模量,最终实现低滚阻、低电阻、高模量性能的轮胎;从而解决现有技术中新能源汽车轮胎由于滚阻较低,而出现导电性能及操控性能不足的技术问题。
