Abstract

The intelligent distribution robot comprises a vehicle body, a main control single chip microcomputer, a power supply part and a driving part are installed in the vehicle body, the main control single chip microcomputer is connected with an OPEN MV, a K210 and a laser tracking plate, and the main control single chip microcomputer returns a digital result through the K210, returns a color result through the OPEN MV and returns a line patrol value through the laser tracking plate. The main control single-chip microcomputer judges a path and determines the position of a next node according to a color result, a motor is driven to complete movement through a PID control algorithm, the main control single-chip microcomputer judges whether treasures exist or not according to a digital result and drives a steering engine to complete corresponding tasks, and the power supply part is an independent power supply layer. According to the invention, intelligent path finding can be carried out for a set target according to an existing route, and the trolley can autonomously find the path and correctly plan the path according to the route planned by a user and the set nodes needing to arrive, and can arrive at more nodes and complete corresponding actions as much as possible in the shortest time.

本发明公开了智能配送机器人，包括车体，所述车体内安装有主控单片机、供电部分和驱动部分，所述主控单片机连接有OPEN MV、K210和激光循迹板，所述主控单片机通过K210返回数字结果，通过OPEN MV返回颜色结果，通过激光遁迹板返回巡线值，主控单片机根据颜色结果判断路径和确定下一个结点位置，通过PID控制算法驱动电机完成运动，且，主控单片机根据数字结果判断是否有宝藏，驱动舵机完成相应任务，所述供电部分为单独的电源层。本发明可根据已有线路针对设定好的目标进行智能寻路，小车可以根据用户已经规划好的线路，和设定的需要到达的节点，自主寻路，正确规划路径，用最短的时间尽可能多的到达更多结点和完成相应动作。
