The invention discloses a wheel speed signal analysis method, device and equipment and a storage medium. The wheel speed test frequency is determined according to the working frequency range of the wheel speed sensor; testing the wheel speed sensor according to a mechanical air gap of the sensor and the wheel speed test frequency to obtain multiple groups of single-tooth error data; determining a wheel speed signal jitter value according to the multiple groups of single-tooth error data; and generating a signal analysis result of the wheel speed sensor based on the wheel speed signal jitter value. According to the invention, the signal of the wheel speed sensor is tested according to the mechanical air gap and the wheel speed test frequency to obtain single-tooth error data, and then the jitter value of the wheel speed signal is calculated and analyzed. Therefore, technicians in the field can improve the precision and stability of the wheel speed sensor signal according to the analysis result of the wheel speed signal jitter value.

    本发明公开了一种轮速信号分析方法、装置、设备及存储介质。本发明通过根据轮速传感器的工作频率范围确定轮速测试频率;根据传感器机械气隙和所述轮速测试频率对所述轮速传感器进行测试,得到多组单齿误差数据;根据所述多组单齿误差数据确定轮速信号抖动值;基于所述轮速信号抖动值生成所述轮速传感器的信号分析结果。本发明根据机械气隙和轮速测试频率对轮速传感器信号进行测试得到单齿误差数据,进而计算出轮速信号抖动值,对轮速信号抖动值进行分析,使得该领域技术人员能够根据轮速信号抖动值分析结果提高轮速传感器信号的精度和稳定性。
