Abstract

The invention discloses a safety auxiliary hoisting device of an intelligent hoisting system for super-tonnage large equipment. The safety auxiliary hoisting device is used for safely, stably and vertically hoisting steel plate articles. The lifting device comprises a lifting ring, a shell, a crescent toothed plate and a toothed plate arm, a containing space is formed in the shell, the crescent toothed plate is rotationally installed in the shell through a pin shaft, the crescent toothed plate is rotationally connected with one end of the toothed plate arm through a pin shaft, and the lower end of the lifting ring is rotationally connected with the other end of the toothed plate arm through a pin shaft. The toothed plate arm and the lower end of the lifting ring are located in the containing space, an opening is formed in the bottom of the shell, the crescent toothed plate extends out of the opening, the opening is used for clamping a steel plate, and the lifting ring is used for connecting the super-tonnage large equipment intelligent lifting system safety auxiliary lifting device with a lifting hook of a crane.

本申请公开了一种超大吨位大型装备智慧吊装系统安全辅助吊装装置，用于安全稳定地垂直吊起钢板类物品。本申请包括：吊环、壳体、月牙形齿板和齿板臂；所述壳体内部设置有容纳空间，所述月牙形齿板通过销轴转动安装在所述壳体内，所述月牙形齿板通过销轴与所述齿板臂的一端转动连接，所述吊环的下端通过销轴与所述齿板臂的另一端转动连接，所述齿板臂与所述吊环下端位于所述容纳空间内，所述壳体底部设置有开口，所述月牙形齿板从所述开口中伸出，所述开口用于夹紧钢板，所述吊环用于将所述超大吨位大型装备智慧吊装系统安全辅助吊装装置与起重机的吊钩连接。
