When a transfer vehicle collides with a wall due to inertia during turning, the movable frame is deflected by utilizing the radian of the outer side of the movable frame, part of impact force is converted into moving force in the deflection direction, and meanwhile, the buffer spring can buffer the impact force generated by collision of the movable frame and the wall, so that damage to the transfer carriage caused by the impact force is reduced; and meanwhile, the direction of the movable frame can be adjusted through the servo motor, the direction of the movable frame is adjusted in advance to cope with possible collision, the transfer vehicle and transferred rice are protected, and the safety of the device is improved.

本发明公开了一种具有防撞结构的大米加工用转运设备，属于稻谷加工技术领域，包括转运车厢，所述转运车厢底部的四周均固定有移动轮，所述转运车厢的左侧固定有固定箱，本发明通过通过连接杆、活动杆将活动杆和转运车厢进行连接，当转运车辆在转弯时由于惯性与墙壁发生碰撞时，利用活动框外侧的弧度，使活动框发生偏转，将部分冲击力转化为偏转方向的移动力，同时缓冲弹簧可对活动框与墙壁发生碰撞产生的冲击力进行缓冲，降低冲击力对转运车厢造成的损伤，同时利用伺服电机可对活动框的方向进行调整，提前调整好活动框的朝向，来应对有可能发生的碰撞，来对转运车辆及转运的大米进行保护，提升装置的安全性。
