The multi-circle winding type traction wheel structure comprises a wheel body with a traction rope groove in the surface, a main shaft connecting hole is formed in the center of the wheel body, the multi-circle winding type traction wheel structure further comprises a bearing mounting hole which is coaxial with the main shaft connecting hole and connected with the main shaft connecting hole, and a load-bearing bearing is assembled in the bearing mounting hole. The load bearing is exposed out of the bearing installation hole, and the exposed part is connected with an outer supporting bearing in a matched mode. The outer supporting bearing is connected with a bearing seat capable of being connected to a traction machine frame. According to the invention, under the condition that the axle ratio of the traction wheel is not changed, the bending deformation influence on the main shaft is reduced, and the service lives of the traction machine and an elevator are prolonged.

    多圈缠绕式的曳引轮结构,包括表面具有曳引绳槽的轮体,轮体的中心设置有主轴连接孔,还包括和所述主轴连接孔同轴并且相连接的轴承安装孔,所述轴承安装孔中装配有承重轴承,所述承重轴承露出于所述轴承安装孔且露出的部位配合连接有外支撑轴承,所述外支撑轴承连接有可连接到曳引机架上的轴承座。本发明,在曳引轮轮轴比不变的情况下,降低对主轴的弯曲变形影响,提升了曳引机以及电梯的使用寿命。
