The invention relates to a transmission mechanism suitable for a novel electric control booster, and belongs to the field of automobile braking systems. The motor and the ball screw are in interference connection with the lead screw through a motor rotor, the ball screw is in interference or threaded connection with the hydraulic cylinder, the ball screw and the limiting block are in clearance fit guide through a pin and a guide groove of the limiting block, the limiting block is fixedly connected with the valve body, and the hydraulic cylinder is in clearance fit with the valve body. The brake valve has the advantages that the structure is novel, the nut on the ball screw connected with the motor rotor is connected with the piston of the hydraulic cylinder in an interference or threaded mode, the nut drives the piston to move axially, so that brake pressure is generated in the main cylinder, and the hydraulic cylinder body matched with the piston is limited with the valve body through the O-shaped ring; the hydraulic cylinder body and the piston have good coaxiality through deformation of the O-shaped ring, and compared with a traditional structure, the hydraulic cylinder assembly has good assembling performance and manufacturability, meanwhile, cost is low, the overall size is small after the assembly is assembled, and the loading space is saved.

    本发明涉及一种适用于新型电控助力器的传动机构,属于汽车制动系统领域。电机与滚珠丝杠通过电机转子与丝杠过盈连接,滚珠丝杠与液压缸过盈或螺纹连接,滚珠丝杠与限位块通过销与限位块的导向槽间隙配合导向,该限位块与阀体固定连接,液压缸与阀体间隙配合。优点是结构新颖,采用与电机转子连接的滚珠丝杠上的螺母与液压缸活塞通过过盈或螺纹方式连接,螺母带动活塞轴向运动,从而在主缸中产生制动压力,与活塞配合的液压缸体通过O型圈与阀体限位,通过O型圈的变形量实现液压缸体与活塞有较好的同轴性,与传统结构相比有较好的装配性和工艺性,同时成本较低,总成装配后整体体积小,节省装车空间。
