The invention provides an intelligent traffic scheduling system, which comprises a plurality of intelligent scheduling nodes, each intelligent scheduling node is deployed at each traffic convergence position, and each intelligent scheduling node is configured to be an image acquisition module, an image processing module and a scheduling module, the image acquisition module is used for acquiring a first monitoring image and a second monitoring image in unit time on each traffic line at each traffic convergence; the image processing module is used for carrying out binarization processing on the basis of the first monitoring image and the second monitoring image to obtain the traffic flow and the traffic speed of each traffic line at each traffic convergence; the logic control part is used for comprehensively judging whether the first control logic scheme of the current signal lamp meets the current traffic flow or not based on the traffic flow and the traffic speed of each traffic line at each traffic convergence; and if yes, the control logic part correspondingly selects a corresponding second control logic scheme according to the judgment result to regulate and control the traffic lights of each traffic line at each traffic convergence.

本发明提供了一种智能交通调度系统，包括：设置多个智能调度节点，将每一智能调度节点部署在每一交通汇聚处，每一所述智能调度节点被配置成：图像采集模块，用于获取每一交通汇聚处每一通行线路上单位时间内的第一监测图像和第二监测图像；图像处理模块，用于基于第一监测图像和第二监测图像进行二值化处理来获取每一交通汇聚处每一通行线路的通行流量和通行速度；逻辑控制部，用于基于每一交通汇聚处每一通行线路的通行流量和通行速度来综合判断当前的信号灯的第一控制逻辑方案是否满足当前的通行流量，如不满足，则由控制逻辑部根据判断结果对应的选择对应的第二控制逻辑方案对每一交通汇聚处每一通行线路的交通灯进行调控。
