本发明涉及一种动态测试用船端数据采集系统及其部署方法。其包括主控制器以及与所述主控制器适配连接的动态测试数据采集单元，其中，动态测试数据采集单元包括用于感知船舶航行环境的环境感知采集单元、用于感知船舶态势及船舶航行状态的航行态势感知采集单元、用于感知船舶操控性能的操控性能感知采集单元和/或用于感知船上设备状态的船设备状态感知采集单元；环境感知采集单元、航行态势感知采集单元、操控性能感知采集单元以及船设备状态感知采集单元在船舶上呈分布式采集状态。本发明能有效实现船端数据的采集与交互，满足动态测试的需求，提高船舶的智能化。
