The invention provides an upper apron board device which comprises a fixed apron board and a movable apron board. The fixed apron board is used for being fixed to a vehicle body and provided with a clamping groove used for being connected with the movable apron board in a clamped mode, and the clamping groove is provided with a clamping opening. The movable apron board comprises an apron board body and a clamping connector, and the clamping connector is arranged at one end of the apron board body and used for stretching into the clamping groove from the clamping opening so that the fixed apron board can be connected with the movable apron board in a clamped mode. And during disassembly, the clamping joint can be taken out from the clamping groove, so that the fixed apron board and the movable apron board can be quickly disassembled. According to the upper apron board device, the fixed apron board and the movable apron board can be rapidly disassembled and assembled, the maintenance cost is reduced, the structure is simple, the appearance is concise, the visual effect is good, and the appearance quality of the whole vehicle is improved.
