According to the charging gun, the through liquid cooling assemblies are arranged in the gun head, the gun shell and the tail, cooling is carried out in the charging gun in an oil cooling mode, the heat dissipation effect of the charging gun can be better through cooperation of the through mode and the oil cooling mode, the cooling heat exchange efficiency is higher, the liquid cooling assemblies used for heat dissipation are additionally arranged in the middle of the cable responsible for transporting electric power, and the cooling effect is better. And because the wire harness of the cable also generates heat, the heat of the liquid cooling cable is dissipated in an oil cooling manner, so that the charging gun head and the cable achieve the purpose of heat dissipation together, the temperature of the charging gun in the use process is reduced on the whole, and the service life of the charging gun is prolonged to a certain extent.

    本发明公开了一种液冷充电枪,涉及充电枪领域,包括上盖组件,所述上盖组件包括有上盖、弹簧、锁钩、锁钩压板、锁钩按键帽、第一平尾自攻螺丝、马达锁和枪壳,且上盖组件的前侧连接有枪头组件。本发明实现了在枪头、枪壳、尾部中皆设置有贯穿的液冷组件,通过油冷的方式在充电枪中进行冷却,贯穿的方式配合油冷可以使得充电枪散热的效果更好,冷却换热效率更高,在负责运输电力的线缆中间加设了同样用于散热的液冷组件,因为线缆本身的线束也会产生热量,而设置的液冷电缆线热量油冷方式一并进行散热,使得充电枪头和线缆一起达到散热目的,总体上降低充电枪在使用过程中的温度,在一定程度上延长充电枪的使用寿命。
