According to the invention, the early warning of the consistency of the battery system can be quickly and accurately carried out based on the related data of the battery system received by the monitoring platform.

    本发明涉及一种车辆电池系统监控平台及电池系统一致性差预警方法,属于电池系统安全管理技术领域。本发明基于车辆电池系统监控平台接收到的大量电池系统的最低单体电池电压和电池系统压差数据为样本,通过聚类分析得到不同最低单体电池电压大小的电池系统压差阈值,通过拟合确定出最低单体电池电压与电池系统压差阈值之间的关系,通过连续可变的电池系统压差阈值增加了一致性的识别范围,不论车辆放电深度深浅,均有机会识别到电压一致性差的车辆。本发明能够基于监控平台接收到的电池系统的相关数据,快速、准确地进行电池系统一致性的预警。
