Abstract

The invention provides a vehicle speed limiting method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium. The vehicle speed limiting method comprises the steps that whether a vehicle needs to be subjected to speed limiting of a corresponding level or not is determined; if it is determined that the vehicle needs to be subjected to the corresponding-level speed limiting, whether the vehicle meets the safety condition or not is judged; if the vehicle meets the safety condition, storing the speed limit mark of the corresponding level; when the vehicle is powered on again, the speed threshold value of the corresponding level is determined based on the speed limiting mark; the vehicle is limited to run at the vehicle speed not exceeding the speed threshold value. Graded speed limiting management and control are carried out on the vehicle, the speed limiting grades of the vehicle can be switched mutually, so that the vehicle is forcibly managed and controlled within a controllable range all the time for safe driving, and the safety requirement and the anti-theft requirement of the rented vehicle are met.

本发明提供一种车辆限速方法、装置、设备及可读存储介质，车辆限速方法包括：确定车辆是否需要进行对应级别的限速；若确定车辆需要进行对应级别的限速，则判断车辆是否满足安全条件；若车辆满足安全条件，则保存对应级别的限速标记；当车辆重新上电时，基于所述限速标记确定对应级别的速度阈值；限制车辆以不超过所述速度阈值的车速运行。通过本发明对车辆进行分级限速的管控，其中，车辆的限速等级之间可以相互切换，以将车辆始终强制管控在可控范围内进行安全行驶，从而满足租赁车辆的安全性需求和防盗需求。
