Abstract

The invention relates to an obstacle crossing device and a maintenance car, the obstacle crossing device comprises a rack, a driving wheel and an obstacle crossing mechanism, when an obstacle point exists in front of the obstacle crossing device, a forward force is applied to the driving wheel through the obstacle crossing mechanism, at the moment, the driving wheel rotates by taking a contact point of the driving wheel and the obstacle point as an axis, so that the driving wheel can pass through the obstacle point, and the obstacle crossing effect is achieved. In the prior art, an obstacle crossing device is used for replacing the mode that an operator sits on a ground wire to lift a maintenance car to cross an obstacle point, so that the falling risk of the operator is reduced, the safety of crossing the obstacle point is enhanced, the operator can complete obstacle crossing operation without leaving the maintenance car, the operation difficulty is simplified, and meanwhile, the working efficiency is improved. And the condition of unstable force application when the operator lifts the maintenance car is also reduced.

本发明涉及一种越障装置及检修车，包括机架、行驶轮和越障机构，当越障装置前方存在障碍点时，通过越障机构给行驶轮施加一个向前的力，此时行驶轮会以行驶轮与障碍点接触的点为轴心进行转动，使得行驶轮可以冲过障碍点，以替代传统技术中，通过越障装置替代作业人员跨坐在地线上抬起检修车的方式跨过障碍点，不仅减少了作业人员的掉落风险，增强了跨越障碍点时的安全性，也使得作业人员无需离开检修车即可完成完成越障操作，简化了操作难度，同时，也减少了作业人员在抬起检修车时施力不稳定的情况。
