A power box is fixedly connected to the bottom plate, a propeller is installed in the power box, a supporting plate is fixedly connected to the bottom plate, a main air bag is installed on the supporting plate through an air bag frame, a collecting box is slidably connected to the supporting plate through a collecting guide column, the collecting guide column is sleeved with a buffer spring, and a steering motor is installed on the power box. The device can be kept static in the river channel under the action of the propeller and the main air bag, the device does not need to be fixed through a mooring rope, and the device can be directly put into use conveniently.
