The invention relates to a braking temperature control method and system of an electronic mechanical brake. According to the braking temperature control method of the electronic mechanical brake, the intermediate temperature is obtained based on the temperature obtained by the thermistor installed on the stator winding, and the braking temperature control scheme is generated according to the relation between the intermediate temperature and the preset temperature, so that control over heating of the EMB driving motor is achieved, and the braking temperature of the EMB driving motor is controlled under a conventional temperature control strategy. According to the technical scheme, the working environment of the driving motor in the EMB can be effectively improved, the braking efficiency of the EMB can be guaranteed, in addition, under the high-temperature abnormal working state of the driving motor in the EMB, the working temperature of the driving motor can be effectively controlled through the braking force redistribution strategy, and braking failure caused by overheating of the motor is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种电子机械制动器的制动控温方法和系统。本发明提供的电子机械制动器的制动控温方法,基于安装在定子绕组上的热敏电阻所获取温度得到中间温度,以这一中间温度和预设温度间的关系生成制动控温方案,以实现对EMB驱动电机发热的控制,以在常规控温策略下,能够有效改善EMB中驱动电机的工作环境,保证EMB的制动效能,并且,在EMB中驱动电机高温异常工作状态下,通过制动力重分配策略,能够有效控制驱动电机的工作温度,避免因电机过热导致的制动失效。
