The invention relates to a folding wing bidirectional unfolding mechanism with a skin supporting structure, and belongs to the field of folding wing design. Comprising an inner section wing, an outer section wing, a driving mechanism and n supporting devices, wherein the inner section wing and the outer section wing are oppositely arranged, and a gap is reserved between the inner section wing and the outer section wing; the driving mechanism is located at a gap between the inner-section wing and the outer-section wing, and the outer-section wing is driven by the driving mechanism to rotate relative to the inner-section wing; the n supporting devices are horizontally arranged in a gap between the inner section wing and the outer section wing, and the supporting devices are evenly distributed on the two sides of the driving mechanism with the driving mechanism as the center; the n supporting devices realize auxiliary supporting between the inner section wing and the outer section wing; the high-speed reducer has a large reduction ratio, the power requirement of a driver can be lowered, meanwhile, the connecting and fixing effect of an outer section structure and the supporting effect of a skin at the bent position can be provided, and the high-speed reducer is suitable for a high-speed variant aircraft structure which is high in shape maintaining requirement, limited in configurable driving torque and needs to be turned over in two directions.

    本发明涉及一种带蒙皮支撑结构的折叠机翼双向展开机构,属于折叠机翼设计领域;包括内段翼、外段翼、驱动机构和n个支撑装置;其中,内段翼和外段翼相对放置,且内段翼和外段翼之间留有间隙;驱动机构位于内段翼和外段翼的缝隙处,通过驱动机构驱动外段翼相对于内段翼的旋转;n个支撑装置水平设置在内段翼和外段翼之间的间隙处,且每个支撑装置以驱动机构为中心,均匀分布在驱动机构的两侧;n个支撑装置实现内段翼与外段翼之间的辅助支撑;本发明具有较大的减速比,可以降低驱动器的动力需求,同时可以提供外段结构的连接固定作用,弯折处蒙皮的支撑作用,适用于维形要求高,可配驱动力矩有限,且需要双向翻折的高速变体飞行器结构。
