The invention relates to the field of automobile brake pedals, in particular to a metal-resin composite automobile brake pedal and a preparation method thereof. The automobile brake pedal comprises a metal framework, the metal framework comprises a pedal part, the pedal is fixedly connected with a brake rod, the brake rod is similar to a shell, and blocking faces are additionally arranged on the four sides of the brake rod so that the reliability of combination of resin and metal can be improved. The corrugated structure with the groove-shaped holes is additionally arranged on the surface of the brake rod body, so that the bonding strength of resin and metal is enhanced, and meanwhile, the situation that the highest point in the middle lacks resin when a resin composite body and a metal framework are bonded is prevented. The main body resin of the resin complex is polyphenylene sulfide, and the reinforcing fiber is chopped glass fiber. The metal and the resin complex are fully combined through the structure of the metal framework and the viscosity of the resin. The invention further provides a preparation method of the novel automobile brake pedal made of the metal-resin composite, the preparation process is simple, the production cost is low, and potential safety hazards in the production process are reduced.

    本发明涉及汽车制动踏板领域,具体涉及一种金属树脂复合体的汽车制动踏板及其制备方法。该汽车制动踏板包括金属骨架,金属骨架包括踏板部分,踏板与制动杆固定连接,制动杆类似于一个壳体,但在其四边增加了阻挡面以增加树脂和金属结合的可靠性。在制动杆杆体表面增加了槽型孔的波纹结构,增强了树脂与金属结合的强度,同时防止了在树脂复合体和金属骨架结合时中间最高点缺少树脂的情况。树脂复合体主体树脂选用聚苯硫醚,增强纤维选用短切玻纤。金属与树脂复合体两者通过金属骨架的结构和树脂本身的粘性充分结合。本发明还提供了一种新型的金属树脂复合体的汽车制动踏板的制备方式,制备过程简单,生产成本低,而且生产过程中安全隐患减小。
