The invention discloses a ship section welding deformation dynamic compensation control method based on an error accumulation principle. The ship section welding deformation dynamic compensation control method comprises the following steps that multiple welding process parameters in the ship section welding process and the welding deformation amount corresponding to each parameter are collected; the method comprises the following steps: constructing a layer-by-layer accumulated deformation error compensation model of each process of a segmented weldment based on a deep neural network by taking error accumulation of a welding process as a basic principle; and compensation data are obtained through the compensation model, the technological parameters of all the welding procedures are continuously and dynamically adjusted in an accumulated compensation mode through a model error compensation method, and the optimal technological parameters of the welding procedures are obtained. According to the method, dynamic parameter adjustment can be effectively conducted on the whole ship section welding process, compensation for welding errors is achieved, the optimal welding procedure technological parameters are obtained, and the final deformation of a welded part is effectively controlled.

    本发明公开了一种基于误差累积原理的船舶分段焊接变形动态补偿控制方法,包括如下步骤:采集船舶分段焊接过程中多道焊接工艺参数以及每个参数对应的焊接变形量;以焊接工序的误差累积为基本原理,基于深度神经网络,构建分段焊件各工序逐层累积变形误差补偿模型;利用补偿模型得到补偿数据,通过模型误差补偿方法,采用累积补偿方式不断动态调整各焊接工序工艺参数,得到最优的焊接工序工艺参数。本发明可有效针对船舶分段焊接全过程进行动态参数调整,实现对焊接误差的补偿,得到最优的焊接工序工艺参数,有效控制焊接件的最终形变。
