The invention relates to a vehicle body control method and device in a tunnel entering and exiting scene. The method comprises the steps that atomic service and an equipment abstraction layer are configured; the atomic service is used for realizing vehicle body equipment control, and the equipment abstraction layer provides a vehicle body equipment control interface for the atomic service; judging whether a scene of driving into or out of the tunnel is about to appear or not through ADAS or navigation perception, and triggering vehicle body equipment control according to a judgment result; the vehicle body equipment control comprises the steps of generating a vehicle body equipment control instruction through the atomic service, and controlling the vehicle body equipment to work through an interface provided by the equipment abstraction layer. According to the invention, the high beam, the low beam, the position lamp, the license plate lamp and the intelligent glass can be turned on by one key in the scene of entering and exiting the tunnel. The attention influence caused by step-by-step and multiple operations of the driver is avoided.
