本发明公开一种组合式铝合金车轮及其制备方法，铝合金车轮包括车轮本体和中间毂，车轮本体和中间毂之间采用螺栓相固定，车轮本体包括鼓部和轮辋，鼓部和轮辋之间连接有若干辐条，鼓部一端连接有与中间毂相配合的连接法兰盘，中间毂上设置有开设有第二安装孔，螺栓穿过第一安装孔、第二安装孔设置。本发明车轮本体和中间毂采用不同的加工方式制造，最后采用螺栓连接，有利于提高散热，降低车轮热疲劳，提高使用寿命和安全性。
