The invention discloses an automatic guide concrete transportation robot and a construction method thereof, and the robot comprises an intelligent trolley which is provided with an intelligent control system; the anti-collision sensing device is at least arranged on the front side of the intelligent trolley and is electrically connected with the intelligent control system; the concrete box is installed above the intelligent trolley in an up-down overturning mode, an intelligent opening and closing door is arranged at an upper discharging opening of the concrete box, and the intelligent opening and closing door is electrically connected with the intelligent control system; the hydraulic device is used for driving the concrete box to turn over, the hydraulic device is connected between the concrete box and the intelligent trolley, and the hydraulic device is electrically connected with the intelligent control system. The automatic guiding concrete transportation robot can completely replace concrete transportation workers after being put into use, the transportation speed is high, the transportation efficiency is more than three times that of traditional manual transportation, and use of on-site constructional column pouring concrete can be guaranteed.

本发明公开了一种自动引导混凝土运输机器人及其施工方法，机器人包括：智能小车，设置有智能控制系统；防碰撞感应装置，至少设置于所述智能小车的前侧且与所述智能控制系统电性连接；混凝土箱，可上下翻转地安装于所述智能小车的上方，所述混凝土箱的上部卸料口设置有智能开合门，所述智能开合门与所述智能控制系统电性连接；用于驱使所述混凝土箱翻转的液压装置，所述液压装置连接于所述混凝土箱与所述智能小车之间，且所述液压装置与所述智能控制系统电性连接。本发明自动引导混凝土运输机器人投入使用之后可以完全替代混凝土运输工人，运输速度快，运输效率是传统人工运输的三倍以上，能够保证现场构造柱浇筑混凝土的使用。
